Greetings! Here are the stats for February 2023 for homes listed and sold in Hampton Hills.

In the last 30 days 10 homes have changed hands, 5 families have put a home under contract, and there are currently 5 homes available for sale.

Of the 10 sold, they were on the market for an average of 73 days before going under contract. They went for an average price of $172.73 per square foot, and they sold at 93% of list price. This shows us that prices are stabilizing and homes that are priced correctly are selling, while the average days on market is being pulled higher by overpriced homes that are having to go through price reductions.
